Theme:Medical Robotics and Intelligent Imaging

Introduction

The 6^th International Summer School for Medical Robotics(Theme:Medical Robotics and Intelligent Imaging) will be held from July 8 to July 21, 2024 at the Minhang campus of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. We are aiming to bring together outstanding students around the world to talk with experts in the field and share research insight. We have a variety of teaching forms: face-to-face courses taught by famous professors in the field of medical robotics all over the world, cultural capture, experimental and clinical visits, industrial visits and project practice.

IMR and Cell Press will co-organise the 50th anniversary with the theme of "Bioinspired and biohybrid robotics: from fundamentals to practical applications" duiring this sumemr school, and invite more than ten famous experts and scholars around the world to give academic reports.

(1) Number of participants: 30
(2) Scope: Senior, master and Phd students focus in biomedical engineering, control science and engineering, materials science and engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science and technology, electronic science and technology and related cross-disciplinary disciplines at overseas universities.

Selection

IMR will determine the final list of participants based on the application materials, taking the applicant's educational background, academic level, scientific research ability and comprehensive quality as the main evaluation basis, which will be announced on the website of the Institute at the end of June 2024, and notify the finalists by email.

Reward

The 6th International Summer School on Medical Robotics will award certificates of excellence to the campers based on the participants' final project results and comprehensive performance.
